The Film Mix

During the phase where your music is being mixed together with the movie, you should be well prepared for spontaneous requests to re-deliver certain files.

Sometimes that has something to do with technical issues (e.g. audio glitches, unreadability of certain files, wrong sample format etc. (which is by the way something you should try to keep to a minimum by double checking what you deliver)) but also sometimes with last minute changes on the movie side, the need for a slight adjustion of the mix/arrangement of your music etc.

So in general, it is never the best idea to deliver something and go on vacation far away from your work station the next day. You should at least be on a stand-by mode during these days.
